eZpay Terms and Conditions

What is the eZPay Service?

The Government of Barbados through the Data Processing Department has created an online bill presentment and payment facility that will allow registered users to view their account balances at participating Government agencies and make payments electronically through a participating of a commercial bank.

Payments can be made 24/7 at your convenience.

The eZpay service makes use of the Barbados Automated Clearing House to facilitate the payments to government agencies.

This service is made possible through a public-private sector partnership involving:

  • The Data Processing Department (Public Sector),
  • Participating government agencies (Public Sector))
  • iPay.inc., a registered Barbadian Company (Private Sector)

  • What are the Requirements?

    • An account on the Barbados Integrated Government (BIG) Portal (www.gov.bb).
    • A bank account at any of the commercial banks in Barbados. It is recommended that you register for online banking if provided. This is to speed up the process of the Bank Account Number validation.
    • A valid billing account at the particular government agency to which payment is being made e.g. the Land Tax Department.

    Key Points To Note

Validating your Bank account number is required before you can make an online payment.
